• All hand-crafted pieces require 10 business days for the creation of your item/s. Once your order has been shipped, allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.
• All shipments are insured.
• Signature is required upon delivery.
• If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

We stand by the quality of our product and your satisfaction is of upmost importance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase on any non-customised item, you may return your item within 30 days based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

• 1. Purchase – Select style, options & checkout. A Clés and Co. representative will contact you to confirm your teeth preference.
• 2. Teeth Impression – To craft your custom grill, we require an impression of your teeth. You have two options:

  By Clês & Co. OR
  By your local dentist

  If you have selected Clés & Co., we contact you immediately by phone and/or email to schedule an appointment to have your teeth impression moulded at our Sydney CBD Showroom. There will be no charge for this service.

  If you have selected your local dentist to create the teeth impression, when complete please have your dentist send the impression to our Sydney CBD Showroom. Address provided in order confirmation email.

• 3. Creation – Once we receive your teeth impression we will begin the crafting process.
• 4. Delivery – When completed your grill will be insured and securely delivered straight to your doorstep.
